Rob Jones
Rob spent 50 years at Morgan Stanley, including more than a decade as Vice Chairman of Investment Banking, advising senior executives, boards, and emerging leaders at the highest levels of global finance. He has served on numerous boards, including BATS Global Markets and Terrestrial Energy, and chairs the Howard and Georgeanna Jones Foundation for Reproductive Medicine. A former varsity soccer co-captain at Colgate University, where he later earned an MBA from Harvard, Rob has stayed close to mentorship and education throughout his career, including service on Colgate's Board of Trustees.

John Greenwood
John spent more than four decades at Morgan Stanley, rising to Managing Director and later Advisory Director, where he specialized in institutional fixed income sales and advised on corporate finance and M&A across the credit markets. Alongside that, he built a parallel track in mentorship, teaching his "Wall Street 101" program on college campuses, advising families through Dunbar Consultants, and supporting veterans through the college admissions process with Higher Ground since 2016. John has served on numerous boards, including Evans Scholars, St. Lawrence University, and The Gunnery School.

Eileen brings more than 30 years of experience as a career advisor and executive coach, guiding clients from early-career professionals to senior executives through self-assessment, career exploration, and personal branding. Before moving into advising, she led recruiting at the highest levels, including Global Head of Graduate Recruitment and Program Management at Citigroup and Head of Firmwide Recruiting at Morgan Stanley, with multiple tenures at Harvard Business School along the way. That vantage point, sitting on both sides of the hiring table, shapes how she helps clients understand what organizations are actually looking for.

Mike is a coach, leadership advisor, and strategist with more than two decades of experience helping individuals, teams, and organizations grow through leadership, communication, and culture. His background spans athletics, education, executive recruiting, and global financial services, including work alongside leaders connected to Morgan Stanley and Citigroup. Mike has held leadership roles across independent schools, athletics, and organizational development, where hiring, mentorship, and talent evaluation shaped a practical, relationship-driven approach to helping people lead with clarity and purpose.
