Rob Jones
Managing Partner
Rob Jones is a longtime investment banking executive, advisor, and mentor whose career spans five decades across global finance, corporate leadership, and philanthropy. He spent 50 years at Morgan Stanley, serving in a variety of leadership roles from 1974 until his retirement in 2024. In 1997, he was named Vice Chairman of Investment Banking, a position he held until 2009, before continuing with the firm as a Senior Advisor through 2024. Throughout his career, Rob worked closely with senior executives, boards, and emerging leaders, earning a reputation for strategic insight, trusted counsel, and relationship-driven leadership.
Drawing on decades of experience advising organizations and developing talent at the highest levels of business, Rob brings a unique perspective on leadership, performance, and long-term growth. His work has centered on helping individuals navigate transition, identify opportunity, and build meaningful paths forward grounded in discipline, resilience, and purpose. In addition to his leadership in finance, Rob has served on numerous corporate and nonprofit boards, including BATS Global Markets and Terrestrial Energy, and currently serves on the Advisory Board of Energy Capital Ventures. He is also Chairman of the Board of the Howard and Georgeanna Jones Foundation for Reproductive Medicine.
A graduate of Colgate University, where he was Co-Captain of the varsity soccer team and Senior Class President, Rob later earned his MBA from Harvard Business School. He has remained deeply connected to education and mentorship through years of service on Colgate’s Board of Trustees and now serves as Co-Chair of its Emeriti Trustees. His longstanding commitment to leadership, service, and personal development continues to shape his work with individuals and organizations today.
John Greenwood
Managing Partner
John is a veteran financial services executive, advisor, and mentor with more than four decades of experience spanning investment banking, education, and nonprofit leadership. During his long career at Morgan Stanley, he served as Managing Director and later Advisory Director, specializing in institutional fixed income sales and relationships with major life insurance companies, asset management firms, and state pension funds. His work included corporate finance transactions, merger and acquisition financing, new issue deal management, and advising across the credit markets.
In addition to his work on Wall Street, John became known for mentoring and developing young professionals entering the finance industry. As Advisory Director, he taught his “Wall Street 101” program on college campuses and played an active role in recruiting, training, and advising MBA students and early-career professionals. Through Dunbar Consultants, he also advised students and families on college and graduate school admissions while helping expand the firm’s international reach. Since 2016, he has worked with Higher Ground assisting veterans with the college admissions process.
John has maintained a longstanding commitment to educational, civic, and philanthropic leadership through numerous board and advisory positions. His service has included roles with Evans Scholars, St. Lawrence University, The Gunnery School, The Mianus River Gorge Preserve, and several financial institutions and nonprofit organizations.
Eileen Stephan

Eileen is a seasoned career advisor and executive coach with over 30 years of experience helping individuals navigate career transitions and achieve meaningful professional growth. Drawing on a unique background that spans global financial institutions and leading graduate business schools, she brings deep insight into both the candidate and employer perspectives.
Eileen specializes in guiding clients at all stages—from students and early-career professionals to senior executives—through self-assessment, career exploration, and targeted job search strategies. She is known for helping individuals clarify their goals, build compelling personal brands, and position themselves effectively in competitive markets. Her coaching approach combines practical strategy with a personalized, thoughtful understanding of each client’s strengths and aspirations.
In addition to her advising work, Eileen has held senior leadership roles in recruiting and talent development, including serving as Global Head of Graduate Recruitment and Program Management at Citigroup and Head of Firmwide Recruiting at Morgan Stanley. She also spent multiple tenures with Harvard Business School, further deepening her expertise in career assessment and advising. These experiences give her a distinctive ability to help clients understand how organizations evaluate and select talent.

Mike Marich

Mike Marich is a coach, leadership advisor, and strategist with more than two decades of experience helping individuals, teams, and organizations grow through leadership, communication, and culture development. Drawing on a background that spans athletics, education, executive recruiting, and global financial services, he brings a relationship-driven and practical approach to helping people lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose. His experience working alongside leaders and professionals connected to firms such as Morgan Stanley and Citigroup has shaped his understanding of leadership, talent, and high-performance cultures across both corporate and educational environments.
Known for his ability to connect with people and simplify complex challenges, he helps individuals and teams build stronger communication, align around shared values, and create environments where people can perform and thrive. His approach combines strategic thinking with the perspective of someone who has spent years leading teams both on the field and in professional settings.
In addition to his advisory and coaching work, Mike has held leadership roles across independent schools, athletics, recruiting, and organizational development, where he has been responsible for hiring, mentorship, talent evaluation, and program leadership. His work has included collaborating with senior leaders, supporting executive-level searches, and helping organizations identify and develop strong leaders and cultures. These experiences give him a unique perspective on leadership, talent development, and the human side of organizational success.
